Description:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in reputed real estate or construction companies to oversee all procurement activities for our projects. This role will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, sourcing high-quality materials, and ensuring all procurement activities align with project timelines and budget constraints.
Location: Mandi Bahauddin (Sufi City)
Salary Range: 160k-190k
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet project needs, timelines, and budget goals
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials and services at competitive prices
- Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the procurement process
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays
- Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to forecast material requirements and adjust procurement plans accordingly
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- 7-10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop effective supplier partnerships
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP (Odoo) systems
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards related to materials procurement in real estate
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines
