Management Trainee Officer

Description:

We are hiring a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Technical to join our IT department in Karachi, focused on supporting Temenos T24/Core Banking implementation and development. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a strong foundation in Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and excellent communication skills in English. You will receive training and hands-on exposure while working alongside our experienced Technical Consultants.

Responsibilities:

· Assist the technical team in Temenos T24 configuration, customization, and integration tasks.

· Learn and contribute to development in Java-based environments as per project requirements.

· Participate in requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment phases.

· Document technical processes and ensure alignment with SDLC standards.

· Communicate effectively with internal teams and international clients where required.

· Proactively learn about Temenos frameworks, tools, and core banking modules.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

· Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

· Excellent communication skills, especially in spoken and written English.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

· Willingness to learn enterprise systems like Temenos T24 and take on technical challenges.
