Cinepax Ltd, Pakistan’s leading cinema chain, is hiring an HR Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join its dynamic team in Karachi. The selected candidate will play a key role in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, HRMS updates, payroll support, training coordination, and compliance. The role offers hands-on learning in a professional yet creative work environment where growth and collaboration are encouraged.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Organize and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture
Maintain HRMS records, manage attendance data, and support monthly payroll processing
Support performance management cycles, including appraisal coordination and feedback sessions
Assist in training and development initiatives, including scheduling, content preparation, and follow-ups
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures, supporting compliance and documentation
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1 to 2 years of experience in a human resource or administrative role
Female candidates are preferred for this opportunity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HRMS tools
A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
