Cinepax Ltd, Pakistan’s leading cinema chain, is hiring an HR Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join its dynamic team in Karachi. The selected candidate will play a key role in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, HRMS updates, payroll support, training coordination, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding

  • Organize and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture

  • Maintain HRMS records, manage attendance data, and support monthly payroll processing

  • Support performance management cycles, including appraisal coordination and feedback sessions

  • Assist in training and development initiatives, including scheduling, content preparation, and follow-ups

  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures, supporting compliance and documentation


Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a human resource or administrative role

  • Female candidates are preferred for this opportunity

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HRMS tools

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines


Work Schedule:

  • Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
