Scaleup Connect is looking for a proactive and motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Supply Chain to join its Procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

As an MTO – Supply Chain, you will be responsible for sourcing IT hardware, managing vendor relationships, negotiating competitive pricing, and ensuring timely procurement while optimizing purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Source IT hardware from reliable vendors based on business requirements
✅ Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
✅ Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
✅ Manage purchase orders and ensure timely order fulfillment
✅ Coordinate inventory requirements with internal teams
✅ Improve procurement processes for greater efficiency and cost optimization

Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing
✔ Experience in IT Hardware, E-Commerce, or Logistics & Supply Chain will be preferred

Skills Required

✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✔ Vendor management expertise
✔ Familiarity with procurement systems and Microsoft Excel
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
