Maintenance Executive

We're Hiring: Maintenance Executive - Electrical 🚨

Join our team at our Bulleh Shah Packaging - Corrugated Packaging Plant, Port Qasim, Karachi. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Executive with strong industrial maintenance and troubleshooting experience.

📍 Location: Corrugated Packaging Plant, Port Qasim, Karachi
🎓 Qualification: DAE (Electrical)
🕒 Experience: 6–8 Years

Key Requirements:
✔ Strong understanding and hands-on experience with 3-Phase/Single-Phase 400/220 VAC power circuits
✔ Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AC/DC VFDs, Inverters, and Drives
✔ PLC/DCS standalone and modular system diagnostics and troubleshooting
✔ Knowledge of PTW, LOTO, PPE, and workplace safety standards
✔ Experience with Proximity, Inductive, and Ultrasonic Sensors
✔ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
✔ Familiarity with Electrical Switchgears, Interlocking Logic, Breakers, Transformers, and Diesel Generators
✔ Understanding of Industrial Communication Protocols such as RS485, Ethernet, Profibus, and Profinet
✔ Knowledge of 4–20 mA and 0–10 V PLC/Controller signals
✔ Experience in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs
