We are looking for a proactive and organized Logo Project Manager to handle client communication, manage multiple logo design projects, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the design team.

Key Responsibilities:
◾ Manage logo design projects from initial brief to final delivery.
◾ Coordinate between clients and design teams for smooth workflow.
◾ Handle revisions, approvals, and ensure timely delivery of all project stages.
◾ Maintain project records, timelines, and status updates.
◾ Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and timely communication.
◾ Understand client needs and confidently upsell additional design services.
◾ Offer website packages to clients who require new or updated websites.
◾ Provide exceptional support and address client concerns effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
◾ Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
◾ Strong organizational and project management abilities.
◾ Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
◾ Skilled in client communication, objection handling, and problem-solving.
◾ Experience in a design, creative, or digital agency (preferred).
◾ Basic understanding of design workflows and branding concepts.
◾ Familiarity with website development processes (bonus).
◾ Ability to upsell and clearly explain design/website services.
