Logistics Coordinator

Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee freight operations for our US-based clients. You will be responsible for coordinating load movements, communicating with carriers and brokers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US logistics or freight coordination
• Hands-on experience with Dry Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, Hotshots, and Box Trucks
• Proficiency in DAT One and other load management platforms
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English
• Ability to manage operations for 3–4 units and consistently meet revenue targets

Responsibilities:

• Source and book freight loads through DAT One and other platforms
• Coordinate with carriers and brokers to ensure consistent load coverage
• Plan and optimize routes for maximum efficiency and profitability
• Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery standards are met
• Maintain accurate records of operations and client communication
