Loan Operations Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in 𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 across products like 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐚𝐧𝐬, 𝐒𝐌𝐄/𝐋𝐀𝐏, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨/𝐂𝐚𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐚𝐧𝐬. This is a 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 with 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

. Verify loan and disbursal documents (KYC, loan agreements, property docs, insurance policies) as per SOPs and credit approvals.

. Execute loan disbursements and update system accurately.

. Handle servicing requests including loan rescheduling, settlement, amendments, due date changes, insurance switches, and release letters.

. Maintain high standards of 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 following maker-checker controls.

. Update MIS trackers, perform reconciliations, and escalate system or operational issues.

. Coordinate with onshore teams and ensure TAT & SLA adherence.

. Support ad-hoc business requests and customer complaint resolution.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

. Graduate with 1–2 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 in loan operations / banking.

. Knowledge of 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐒𝐌𝐄/𝐋𝐀𝐏, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬.

. Strong 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 and attention to detail.

. Proficiency in 𝐌𝐒 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Commitment to meeting 𝐊𝐏𝐈𝐬, 𝐒𝐋𝐀, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐬.
