The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding potential clients through LinkedIn, reaching out to qualified prospects, starting meaningful conversations, and converting leads into potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and identify potential clients and decision-makers on LinkedIn.
• Build targeted lead lists based on the company's ideal customer profile.
• Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and outreach messages.
• Follow up with prospects and engage them in meaningful conversations.
• Qualify and convert prospects into potential leads and sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or sales.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and professional networking.
• Strong research, follow-up, and persuasion skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
