Description:
We are looking for a highly disciplined and hardworking LinkedIn Outreach Associate to support our B2B outbound sales efforts.
This is a high-volume execution role. You will work on LinkedIn profiles targeting international businesses for our Custom Software Development and AI Voice Automation offerings.
You do not need to be an experienced salesperson. We are more interested in someone who is consistent, patient, organized, comfortable doing repetitive work, willing to learn, and serious about achieving daily and weekly targets.
People coming from Customer Support, Chat Support, Operations, Virtual Assistance, Lead Generation or similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates may also apply.
What You Will Do
- Execute daily LinkedIn outreach activities across assigned profiles.
- Research companies and relevant decision-makers based on provided Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Send connection requests and outreach messages according to defined strategies.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and make sure conversations are not missed.
- Manage large volumes of prospects while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Identify interested and warm prospects and escalate them to senior team members.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead, conversation and follow-up records.
- Use ChatGPT effectively for research, personalization, message improvement and communication.
- Assist with regular LinkedIn posting and profile activity.
- Engage with prospects and target accounts where required.
- Communicate with company executives when their involvement is required in a conversation.
- Track daily and weekly activity numbers and performance.
- Test approved outreach variations and observe what generates better responses.
- Suggest new approaches, ideas or opportunities when you notice useful patterns.
