Limousine Dispatcher

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Limo Dispatcher to manage day-to-day dispatch operations for our luxury ground transportation services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth ride execution, excellent customer service, and effective communication between drivers, clients, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor trips using dispatch software
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and booking requests
• Provide accurate quotes and confirm reservations
• Track vehicle status, ETAs, delays, and last-minute changes
• Resolve service issues professionally and promptly
• Maintain detailed trip notes and daily dispatch logs
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in limo, black car, taxi, or transportation dispatch
• Familiarity with dispatch systems (Limo Anywhere, Moovs, Ridebits, EverTransit, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication skills (English required)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and holidays (if required)
