Role Description The Limo Dispatcher | Night Shift is a full-time, on-site role based in Allama Iqbal Town. In this position, the dispatcher will coordinate limo reservations, assign drivers, and manage trip schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs throughout the night shift. The role involves monitoring live trips, updating routes based on traffic or client changes, and responding promptly to calls, messages, and system notifications. The dispatcher will communicate clearly with drivers and customers, handle last-minute booking requests, resolve service issues, and escalate operational concerns when necessary. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate trip logs, updating dispatch software and collaborating with supervisors and team members to optimize fleet utilization.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills, including clear spoken and written English and a professional phone demeanor.
• Experience with dispatching, transportation coordination, or call center operations, preferably in limo, taxi, ride-hailing, or related services.
• Comfort with night shift work, time-sensitive decision-making, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers, dispatch or booking software, GPS/maps, and basic data entry and record-keeping.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work on-site in Allama Iqbal Town and collaborate effectively with drivers, operations staff, and leadership.
• Prior BPO, customer support, or logistics experience is preferred; familiarity with international clients is a plus.
