𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
We are seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to own the design vision and lead a team of designers in delivering exceptional user experiences across our digital products. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on design expertise to drive consistent, user-centered design outcomes.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UI/UX designers
• Define and drive the overall UI/UX strategy and design direction
• Oversee end-to-end design processes from research to final delivery
• Review design work, provide constructive feedback, and ensure quality standards
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs when required
• Build, maintain, and scale design systems and UI guidelines
• Facilitate design thinking workshops using FigJam and Miro
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across all products

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 5–8 years of UI/UX design experience with proven team leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a design team
• Strong proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of UX research, interaction design, and usability principles
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing leadership and end-to-end design ownership
