Role Nature: Onsite
Role Type: Full-time
Working Days: Mon - Fri (only)
Shift Timings: 03:00 pm to 12:00 am
Shift Nature: Evening

✔️ Job Description:

UI/UX Design Lead – Requirements
🔹 Education
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
🔹 Experience
6+ years of proven UI/UX design experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects across web, mobile, and digital platforms
🔹 Core Skills
Proficiency in design & prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision
Solid understanding of UX research, usability testing & accessibility standards
Strong visual design skills (typography, color, layout)
Excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder management abilities
Ability to balance creativity, strategy, and execution
✔️ Preferred Skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers
Familiarity with design systems & component libraries
Strong problem-solving & decision-making abilities
