Lead Lab Engineer

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.

· 2+ years of experience in lab management and coordination.

· Proficient in maintenance of IT hardware and software.

· Working knowledge of surveillance and security systems.

· Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities:

· Regularly update all IT labs with the latest software, hardware, and documentation.

· Maintain a detailed inventory of lab equipment for availability and functionality.

· Oversee surveillance systems in all IT labs for security and compliance.

· Manage lab staff duty rosters to ensure proper coverage.

· Handle daily technical queries and issues across campus IT labs.

· Prepare and manage the IT Master Timetable for over 45 departments.
