Logix Solutions is expanding its international sales team and is on the lookout for highly motivated and career-oriented individuals for the role of Lead Generation Specialist, focused on selling Point of Sale (POS) solutions in the global market. This is not a short-term or campaign-based role — the company is committed to building a long-term sales team that will drive continuous growth and expansion across international regions.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and international client interaction, along with the enthusiasm to work in a dynamic, high-energy sales environment. Applicants must be fluent in English, capable of working independently, and confident in pitching services to potential clients. Prior experience in BPO, international telesales, or customer support is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to international prospects for selling POS solutions

• Generate qualified leads through outbound communication and follow-ups

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure lead conversion

• Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets

• Maintain professional and courteous communication with prospects

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Neutral or near-native accent is preferred

• Minimum 6 months to 2+ years of relevant experience in international sales, customer service, or lead generation

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle objections

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure

• Good organizational and time management skills

• O/A Level students with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

• Must be located in or near DHA or Clifton, Karachi

• Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite (In-House)

• Shift: Night (09:00 PM – 06:00 AM)
