📌 Key Responsibilities: • Lead Sourcing: Identify local businesses in need of web solutions via local directories, maps, and social platforms.
• Direct Outreach: Conduct personalized cold calls (Mon–Fri) to pitch web packages tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Pipeline & Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with warm leads and drive projects to successful closure.
• Daily Reporting: Maintain an accurate lead tracking log.
🎯 What We’re Looking For: • Conversational fluency in Urdu with basic functional English.
• Confident, persuasive, and polite phone etiquette.
• Strong online research and lead discovery skills.
• High self-motivation and daily discipline.
💼 Compensation & Terms: • Role Type: Commission-Only (20% payout per closed project upon final client payment).
• Location: Fully Remote (Work from home).
• Schedule: Flexible (Monday to Friday).
