Swyftcube is actively hiring a Key Account Executive – Vendor Operations to join our growing team in Phase 6, DHA, Karachi. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating with vendors, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional service standards. You’ll act as the main point of contact for vendor partners, maintain effective communication, and resolve any operational issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily communication and coordination with vendor partners

• Monitor performance metrics and ensure vendor compliance with company standards

• Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance vendor efficiency

• Handle documentation, reporting, and analysis for vendor-related activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Identify gaps and opportunities in vendor processes for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in account management, vendor coordination, or operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure

• Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools

Work Schedule & Perks:

• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

• Location: Phase 6, DHA, Karachi
