About the Role
Catalyst IT Solutions is looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer with a creative mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and a keen eye for clean, functional design.
The ideal candidate understands how users think — especially in trading or fintech platforms and can translate ideas into visually engaging, intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product and development teams to design modern, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs using Figma.
Understand trading platforms, dashboards, and financial portals to create intuitive workflows.
Convert abstract concepts into practical design screens.
Conduct basic UX research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
Maintain design consistency and contribute to a scalable design system.
Communicate design ideas effectively to developers and stakeholders.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping).
Strong creative and analytical thinking.
Understanding of user journeys, information hierarchy, and interaction design.
Experience or interest in trading platforms / fintech UI is a plus.
Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.
