Junior Ui/ux Designer

Description:

Catalyst IT Solutions is looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer with a creative mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and a keen eye for clean, functional design.

The ideal candidate understands how users think — especially in trading or fintech platforms and can translate ideas into visually engaging, intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and development teams to design modern, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs using Figma.
• Understand trading platforms, dashboards, and financial portals to create intuitive workflows.
• Convert abstract concepts into practical design screens.
• Conduct basic UX research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Maintain design consistency and contribute to a scalable design system.
• Communicate design ideas effectively to developers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping).
• Strong creative and analytical thinking.
• Understanding of user journeys, information hierarchy, and interaction design.
• Experience or interest in trading platforms / fintech UI is a plus.
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.
