Description:
We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive (Outreach) who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach strategies. This role is ideal for someone with early experience in software sales who understands how to engage prospects, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads
- Build and maintain a targeted prospect list (primarily US-based startups and businesses)
- Initiate conversations and schedule discovery calls/demos for the sales team
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Manage outreach campaigns using tools like Apollo, Instantly, or similar platforms
- Maintain accurate records in CRM / tracking sheets
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to refine messaging and targeting
- Follow up with prospects consistently to improve conversion rates
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in software sales / SaaS sales / tech sales
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal English is a must)
- Experience with cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, or lead generation tools
- Basic understanding of software development or AI solutions is a plus
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with rejection
