👥 We're Hiring: Junior Recruiter (Software & IT)

Are you passionate about connecting top talent with great opportunities? Design District is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our growing Software & IT hiring team.

🔹 What You'll Do
• Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles
• Post job openings and manage candidate applications
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records and talent pipelines
• Support employer branding and onboarding activities

🔹 What We're Looking For
• 0–1 years of recruitment or HR experience (Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and sourcing techniques
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
