Job Description:
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, IT specialists).
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, indeed, and other channels for talent acquisition.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support senior recruiters in bulk hiring, niche role hiring, and campus recruitment drives.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and emerging technologies for better sourcing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in technical/IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with various job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and IT terminology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
