Job Description:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, IT specialists).
  • Use job portals, LinkedIn, indeed, and other channels for talent acquisition.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support senior recruiters in bulk hiring, niche role hiring, and campus recruitment drives.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and emerging technologies for better sourcing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in technical/IT recruitment.
  • Familiarity with various job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and IT terminology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
