Crystal Techify is a growing IT and technology company providing AI solutions, SaaS, software development, digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation services to clients across the US and UK.
We are looking for a creative and versatile Junior Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive with a combination of graphic design, social media management, video editing, and digital marketing skills. The ideal candidate should have basic IT industry knowledge and preferably experience working with an IT, software development, or SaaS-based company.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create high-quality social media posts, ad creatives, banners, website graphics, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Social Media Management: Manage company social media accounts, develop content calendars, schedule posts, write engaging captions, and maintain brand consistency.
- Video Editing: Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and marketing content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Meta Ads & Digital Marketing: Assist in planning, launching, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to improve engagement and generate leads.
- Lead Generation: Understand lead generation fundamentals, audience targeting, and digital marketing strategies to support business development objectives.
- IT Industry Content: Create engaging content around IT services, software development, SaaS products, AI solutions, and other technology-related offerings.
- Campaign Performance: Monitor basic campaign analytics, track engagement and leads, and recommend improvements to creative and marketing strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns aligned with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Practical experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, paid advertising, and campaign optimization.
- Basic understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and audience targeting.
- Video editing skills for reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Basic knowledge of IT services, software development, SaaS, AI, or technology-related products.
- Previous experience working with an IT company, software house, SaaS business, or technology-focused agency will be strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
- A creative mindset, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
