D Builders is a leading construction company seeking a Junior Estimating Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project cost estimation, blueprint analysis, and preparing detailed reports to support high-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Project Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
✅ Blueprint Analysis: Interpret construction blueprints and details to determine project requirements.
✅ Software Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and Planswift for estimation tasks.
✅ Data Management: Organize and analyze project data to enhance cost estimation accuracy.
✅ Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure cost-effective planning.

Required Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering (HEC recognized).
✔ Minimum 6 months experience in estimation with knowledge of US construction.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and Planswift.
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
