We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy in record-keeping, and support financial planning and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
. Oversee and manage the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
. Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and audits.
. Manage taxation matters.
. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
. Monitor and control accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
. Oversee the event budgeting procedures.
. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for audits, filings, and compliance.

Requirements:
. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting, auditing, and taxation.
. Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
. Proven track record of managing and leading accounting teams.
. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
