- Customize existing themes and plugins as per requirements
- Optimize websites for performance and write SEO-friendly code
- WooCommerce customization and extend features
- Follow best practices for security and coding standards
- Build Elementor widgets Custom Widgets.
- Use Git for version control and collaboration
- Implement animations and interactive elements using modern JS libraries (e.g., GSAP)
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
- Bachelor’s degree in CSE, IT or a related field. Academic requirements may be relaxed for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills.
- Strong knowledge of PHP (both OOP and procedural)
- Deep understanding of WordPress Core, Theme, and Plugin architecture
- Proficient in MySQL and database query optimization
- Strong frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
- JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX
- Determined to learn animation libraries like GSAP (GreenSock)
- WooCommerce customization and add-on/plugin development
- Experience with Git and GitHub
- Familiarity with WordPress hooks (Actions and Filters)
- Experience with Custom Post Types (CPT), Taxonomies, and Custom Fields (ACF/Codestar Framework)
- Proficient in WP_Query & mysql
- Capable of building themes following WordPress Coding Standards
- Experience with page builders: Elementor, Gutenberg
- Good design sense and ability to build modern, clean, responsive websites
- Experience converting Figma designs to pixel-perfect web pages
- Experience with PHP framework is a plus
