M3 HIVE is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about design and eager to contribute to diverse and exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content.
• Design social media posts, banners, ads, and other promotional materials.
• Assist in developing brand identity and guidelines.
• Ensure all designs align with brand standards and guidelines.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite ( e.g Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva & AI Tools ).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
