At Gear Lab, we are building the ultimate destination for survivalists, preppers, and outdoor enthusiasts. With 100+ videos and a growing community, we are ready to scale and we want you to be the creative engine behind our next 1,000 videos.

This isn't just a task based internship. This is a career launchpad. We don't need a 10 year expert we need a hungry, motivated creator who wants to learn the Gear Lab Way and eventually take over as our Main Editor.

The Mission

You will start as an intern, learning our specific Countdown & Gadget style. Your goal is to master the workflow until you can independently produce:

• High-Impact Edits: Creating 20 minute deep dives featuring 30 50 of the coolest products on Amazon.

• Voice-Over Magic: Bringing the script to life with engaging narration.

• Gadget Storytelling: Using playing style clips to show viewers exactly how these tools work.

• Consistent Growth: Transitioning from 1 video every few days to a consistent 1 2 day turnaround as you become an expert.

  • Phase 1 (Intern): Learn our tools, style, and pacing. Work closely with the team to understand what makes a video go viral.
  • Phase 2 (Main Editor): Once you’ve mastered the 20 minute format (30 50 products per video), you will be promoted to our Lead Editor with increased responsibility and rewards as the channel scales.
