Itnoc Resident Engineer

Description:

We are hiring an ITNOC Resident Engineer to perform real-time monitoring of enterprise IT infrastructure in a 24x7 NOC environment. The role focuses strictly on infrastructure surveillance, alert management, escalation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Network devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, WAN/LAN)
Monitor Windows/Linux Servers and Active Directory services
Monitor VMware ESXi hosts, vCenter, and Virtual Machines
Track system alerts, logs, and performance thresholds via monitoring tools
Log and escalate incidents as per defined escalation matrix
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly availability and incident reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with knowledge of Networking, Server environments. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24x7 NOC).
