About the Role

WE IT Experts is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, IT operations, inventory management, and network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide daily desktop support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.
* Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
* Manage IT inventory, asset tracking, and equipment records.
* Perform daily IT operational tasks and maintain proper documentation.
* Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi problems.
* Configure and troubleshoot MikroTik and Ruijie networking products.
* Monitor network performance and assist with network maintenance.
* Provide timely technical support to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
* Strong knowledge of desktop support and Windows operating systems.
* Practical experience with IT inventory and asset management.
* Good understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
* Hands-on knowledge of MikroTik and Ruijie networking devices.
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to work the night shift from our Lahore office.
