HashOne Digitals is seeking an experienced and highly capable IT Manager – Network Systems to take full ownership of its network and systems infrastructure. This is a night shift position designed for a tech-savvy leader who thrives in managing complex networks, ensuring system reliability, and leading IT projects from inception to execution.

As an IT Manager, you will oversee the performance and security of the company’s technology systems, ensuring 24/7 uptime and operational excellence. You will be the key figure for all technology-driven initiatives, handling everything from advanced network configurations to user support and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all core network components including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices

• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Mikrotik, and Unifi equipment

• Administer and maintain Layer 2/Layer 3 switches, VLANs, IP management, DHCP, NAT, VPNs, and firewall rules

• Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades, network expansions, and system migrations

• Implement and manage an Inventory Management System to track IT assets

• Conduct regular backups, system audits, and disaster recovery tests

• Provide technical support to end-users and ensure consistent system uptime

• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, protocols, and processes

• Collaborate with external vendors to procure and maintain IT hardware and services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT and network infrastructure roles

• Strong hands-on expertise in Cisco, Mikrotik, and Unifi network devices

• Deep understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, and BGP

• Familiarity with asset tracking and inventory systems

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Leadership abilities to drive projects and mentor team members

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MTCNA, UEWA are highly preferred
