Renexus Resource Group is looking for an experienced IT Hardware Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, system maintenance, network support, and IT infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and printer issues
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software
Repair, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware
Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks
Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues
Maintain IT equipment and inventory records

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant IT hardware experience
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
Experience with Windows installation and troubleshooting
Basic networking and system administration knowledge
Good communication and problem-solving skills
