Renexus Resource Group is looking for an experienced IT Hardware Technician with strong hands-on knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, system maintenance, network support, and IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
🎯 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and printer issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.
• Repair, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks.
• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues.
• Maintain IT equipment and inventory records.
✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT hardware experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Experience with Windows installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking and system administration knowledge.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
