International Sales Representative

 

Description:

You’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and partner organizations. Your job will be to educate, engage, and enroll customers into our training programs, as well as reach out to potential B2B customers through extensive Outbound activity, support existing inquiries and close leads. This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

B2C Sales (Direct to Students):

  • Handle inbound inquiries (calls, texts, emails, chat) from prospective students
  • Qualify leads and explain course offerings, pricing, formats, and career paths
  • Follow up with inactive leads and recover lost opportunities
  • Guide students through the enrollment process and close sales

🏢 B2B Sales (Corporate & Partnership):

  • Reach out to real estate brokerages, property management firms, and staffing agencies
  • Schedule and conduct presentations for decision-makers
  • Propose custom training packages and close B2B deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B partners

🤝 Support & Relationship Management:

  • Provide inbound support to prospective and current students with program-related questions
  • Escalate technical or complex inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and brand representation
  • Up-selling

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in International Sales (B2C and/or B2B)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, phone systems, and email automation
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit monthly targets
  • Background in Online education is a plus
