Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Handle inbound sales calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
🔹 Achieve sales targets through outbound and inbound telephone-based selling
🔹 Upsell and cross-sell products/services to new and existing customers
🔹 Ensure top-notch customer experience through clear and courteous communication
🔹 Maintain accurate order processing and follow-ups
🔹 Support overall sales operations and additional tasks as assigned
