Startech Digitals is hiring International Sales Agents to join their sales team. This is a chat-based role, where you will interact with international clients via social media platforms, providing them with information about services, answering their questions, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through social media platforms and engage them in meaningful conversations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and excellent service.
• Promote the company's products and services to international customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Work as a liaison between the company and its global audience, representing the company professionally.
• Utilize creative strategies to drive revenue growth through online platforms.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with international sales experience will be preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential, especially in written English.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales techniques is a plus.

Shift Timings:

• Evening Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
• Ramadan Timings: 7:30 PM to 3:00 AM
