International Recruitment Specialist

Clean and Green Services is seeking a proactive and experienced International Recruitment Specialist to join its team in Lahore. As an International Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for overseas positions, particularly within industries that require fast and accurate hiring decisions. You will collaborate with international clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure top-quality talent is recruited within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for international placements

• Coordinate with international clients and understand job requirements clearly

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases, and direct outreach

• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates according to client criteria

• Prepare candidates for client interviews and maintain strong candidate relationships

• Ensure all documentation, visa processes, and compliance requirements are met

• Keep up-to-date records of recruitment metrics and performance reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment (preferably international recruitment)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

• Excellent English speaking and writing proficiency

• Familiarity with global hiring trends, sourcing tools, and HR software is a plus
