If you have experience managing international BPO operations and leading high-performing teams across chat and email support, this role is for you.

Location: Karachi
Qualification: Graduation / Master’s
Experience: 3–5 years in International BPO Operations
Shifts: 24/7 Rotational | 6 working days

• Manage international operations and service delivery
• Lead chat and email support teams to achieve SLAs & KPIs
• Drive performance improvement and team development
• Ensure compliance with operational and client standards

Skillset Required:
• Proven leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced BPO environment
• Strong understanding of international customer support operations
