Internal Sales & Proposal Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a technical Proposal Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in industrial automation to join our Control Systems team. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.

Key Qualifications

• Education: BS in Electrical, Electronics, or Control Engineering.
• Experience: 3–5 years in Industrial Automation.
• Technical Plus: Hands-on knowledge of Emerson, ABB, Rockwell, or GE systems.
• Languages: Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs and design control system architectures.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimations.
• Draft technical and commercial proposals for automation projects.
• Collaborate with vendors and support the sales team with technical clarifications.
