McLean Intelligent Workforce (MIW) is growing, and we’re looking for a high-energy, target-driven Inside Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Karachi (Tipu Sultan Road).
🕒 Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
🌍 Client Base: U.S. (Recruitment, IT, Construction, Gov.)

🔑 What You'll Do:
🔹 Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Associates.
🔹 Drive full sales cycle from lead generation to client conversion.
🔹 Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and handle objections.
🔹 Manage CRM data, pipeline reporting, and market insights.
🔹 Collaborate on strategies to grow our US-based client portfolio.

🎯 What You Bring:
🔹 4+ years of B2B or recruitment sales experience.
🔹 Minimum 1 year in a team lead role.
🔹 Strong communication & consultative selling skills.
🔹 Experience selling services to international clients (especially US).
