We’re expanding our tech capabilities and are looking for three full-time, in-office professionals to help us build smarter systems and better data for the life sciences industry.

We’re currently hiring for 3 following positions:

• Business Intelligence Analyst – Tableau

Design and build powerful dashboards that turn data into insights. You’ll work closely with our SQL developer and business teams to create interactive Tableau reports, validate data, and guide decision-making across departments.

Title Suggestion: Business Intelligence Analyst – Tableau

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with the SQL Developer to access and prepare data.
• Conduct data validation and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Provide insights to business units (compliance, operations, marketing, etc.).

Profile Checklist:

• 3–5 years of Tableau experience, including advanced visualizations.
• Strong data storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and joining.
• Understanding of KPIs in your industry (e.g., life sciences compliance).

2 . Power Platform Developer (Power Apps & Power Automate)

Digitize workflows and create custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform. You’ll develop apps, automate business processes, and integrate with SQL, Excel, and other data sources to streamline how we work.

Title Suggestion: Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain custom Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Automate workflows with Power Automate.
• Integrate apps with SQL, SharePoint, Excel, or other systems.
• Manage permissions and data governance for apps.
• Collaborate with business teams to digitize manual processes.

Profile Checklist:

• 2–4 years of Power Platform experience.
• Experience with Dataverse, connectors, and APIs.
• Understanding of business logic and form/UI design.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365.
