·Developed and implemented a Style Bulletin system.
·Managed KPI Board, ensuring statistical analysis and performance tracking.
·Led the Kaizen process to establish standard work through KPI boards and GEMBA practices.
·Determined daily machine requirements to meet production needs.
·Conducted SAM studies and rate evaluations for efficiency.
·Served as a backup scheduler to ensure seamless operations.
·Ensured a continuous production flow across all processes.
·Regularly updated the KPI board to reflect real-time performance metrics.
·Cleared all piece-rate discrepancies to maintain accuracy and transparency.
