Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current manufacturing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and suggest data-driven improvements.

• Design, develop, and implement optimized systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, and information to increase productivity and reduce costs.

• Work closely with the production team to improve layout planning, ergonomics, material handling, and throughput.

• Apply lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance process performance.

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), performance metrics, and documentation for process optimization initiatives.

• Monitor production performance and propose solutions to resolve bottlenecks and minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce best practices in industrial engineering and ensure quality and compliance standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setup, preferably in a role involving process improvement or production efficiency.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar improvement tools will be a plus.

• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis tools, and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, simulation tools).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
