Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to enhance efficiency in our jewelry manufacturing and gemstone processing facility. The ideal candidate will analyze workflows, optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. This role requires experience in industrial engineering, production optimization, and quality control within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze production processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve productivity.
- Optimize material usage and minimize waste in gemstone cutting and jewelry production.
- Ensure quality control standards are met at every stage of production.
- Develop maintenance schedules to reduce machine downtime and improve reliability.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, process optimization, or production management
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
