Hydraulics Design Engineer

Tekboox US base BPO company looking for 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 & 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫(𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥)
with strong experience in land development, transportation infrastructure, and utility design. The ideal candidate will provide engineering design services focused on hydrology, hydraulics, drainage, stormwater management, and wet utility design.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Design and develop drainage, stormwater, and site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including grading, erosion and sediment control, and utility layouts.
Perform hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling and calculations for stormwater conveyance systems using software such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, or similar.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and stormwater regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, permitting agencies, and clients to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
Prepare construction drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates, and permitting documentation.
Conduct site assessments and assist field teams as needed to support design validation and data collection.
Support Project Managers in delivering high-quality design deliverables on schedule and within budget.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in civil site development, drainage, stormwater management, grading, and wet utility design.
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Familiarity with GIS, MicroStation, or other design and mapping platforms.
Strong understanding of local stormwater regulations and environmental permitting requirements.
Experience working with both public and private sector clients.
Knowledge of stormwater modeling software (HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, etc.).
PE license preferred or EIT actively pursuing PE.
