This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter/HR role based in Lahore. The Recruiter/HR will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include identifying hiring needs, developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, coordinating with departments, and assisting in retention initiatives. The role also involves managing employee records, handling HR queries, ensuring policy compliance, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them to role requirements
• Experience in maintaining employee records and handling HR operations

• Proficiency in using HR software or recruitment tools
• Previous experience in BPO or similar industries is a plus
