Mass Recruitment: You’ll be responsible for closing seats fast. You should know where to find the best agents and how to vet them quickly.

 

  • Employee Retention: Employee Retention is a problem here, you need to work on it and try to retain as much as possible.
  • Policy Management: Implementing BPO-specific policies regarding attendance, discipline, and performance.
  • Payroll & Attendance: Tracking daily logins and managing the monthly payroll cycle without errors.
  • Floor Presence: Being active on the floor to handle any immediate HR issues or conflicts.

 

What we need from you:

  • Experience: Strictly 3-4 years in the BPO industry. We need someone who knows how call centers work.
  • Communication: You should be fluent in English and Urdu.
  • Grit: You need to be sharp, firm, and able to handle a high-pressure environment.
  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s/MBA in HR or a related field.
