Human Resources Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and overall HR strategy to support business goals and a productive workplace culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees

Oversee performance appraisal systems and manage performance reviews

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy and positive work environment

Organize training & development programs for employee skill enhancement

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role (typically 4–7 years)

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, etc.)
