• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll functions in line with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies to maintain a fair and consistent work environment.
• Lead initiatives for training, professional development, and employee engagement to ensure our team is equipped for success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within the education or training sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, best practices, and employee management.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
